Instructions

- Form the dough into a ball, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

- In another bowl, combine the diced apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, and lemon juice.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto one side of each dough circle.

- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
