- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the diced apples.
- Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool and optionally glaze with icing.
