Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup apples, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the diced apples.
  5. Scoop dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool and optionally glaze with icing.
