- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the asparagus mixture.
