Instructions

  2. Add chicken broth, water, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, carrots, and bell peppers.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  4. Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  5. Add rice noodles and broccoli, cook for an additional 20 minutes on high.
  6. Stir in sesame oil and garnish with green onions before serving.
