Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the Crock-Pot.
- Add chicken broth, water, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, carrots, and bell peppers.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
- Add rice noodles and broccoli, cook for an additional 20 minutes on high.
- Stir in sesame oil and garnish with green onions before serving.
