- 4 large flour tortillas
- 3 cups diced apples
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add diced apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook until apples are tender.
- Place a portion of the apple mixture in the center of each tortilla, roll them up, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle more cinnamon on top before baking.
