Description

A delicious and nutritious breakfast cobbler that combines the flavors of apple, cinnamon, and banana with protein-rich cottage cheese.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup apples, chopped
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sliced bananas, chopped apples, rolled oats, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and nutmeg.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
