- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sliced bananas, chopped apples, rolled oats, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and nutmeg.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cobbler is set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
