Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix the flour and sugar together.
- Add the shredded coconut, cherry pie filling, and drained pineapple to the mixture.
- In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
