- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 cups potatoes, diced

- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

- 1 teaspoon garam masala

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add onions, garlic, and ginger; sauté until onions are translucent.
- Add turmeric, coriander, and chili powder; stir well.
- Add potatoes and cauliflower; mix to coat with spices.
- Add salt and a little water; cover and cook for about 15 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in garam masala and cilantro, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or naan.
