- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with oil, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Add Parmesan cheese and mix again until coated.
- Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

- Use raw shrimp for best results, not pre-cooked.
