- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water

Instructions
- In a saucepan, whisk together the soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, honey, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
- Heat over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
- Add the slurry to the saucepan and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool before using.
Notes
- For a gluten-free version, use tamari instead of soy sauce.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less brown sugar or honey based on your preference.
