Ingredients

  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded zucchini, pizza sauce, cooked meat, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
