- 3 cups shredded zucchini
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 pound ground beef or Italian sausage
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef or sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded zucchini, pizza sauce, cooked meat, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
