Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add zucchini, diced tomatoes, and Italian seasoning to the skillet. Stir well.
  4. In a baking dish, layer the cooked rice and then the beef and zucchini mixture.
