Instructions

- Whisk milk, egg, and melted butter in a separate bowl.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients; mix until just combined.
- Pour into loaf pan, smooth top, and bake 40–45 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 10–15 minutes; then cool fully on a wire rack.
