Ingredients

- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 10 leaves fresh mint
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup soda water
- 1 pomegranate, seeds removed for garnish
- Ice cubes to taste
Instructions
- In a glass, muddle the mint leaves and sugar together to release the mint oils.
- Add the pomegranate juice and lime juice, stirring to combine.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and top with soda water.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds and additional mint leaves as desired.
