This cozy and refreshing Winter Pomegranate Mojito is a delightful twist on the traditional mojito, perfect for the winter season.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 10 leaves fresh mint
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup soda water
  • 1 pomegranate, seeds removed for garnish
  • Ice cubes to taste


Instructions

  1. In a glass, muddle the mint leaves and sugar together to release the mint oils.
  2. Add the pomegranate juice and lime juice, stirring to combine.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and top with soda water.
