Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup milk


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your cake pans.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and white chocolate over medium heat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  7. In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, sour cream, and milk until smooth to create the cheesecake filling.
  8. Layer half of the cake batter in the prepared pans, add the cheesecake filling, then top with the remaining cake batter.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Allow the cakes to cool completely before frosting.
