Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your cake pans.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and white chocolate over medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the sugar and eggs until light and fluffy.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- In another bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, sour cream, and milk until smooth to create the cheesecake filling.
- Layer half of the cake batter in the prepared pans, add the cheesecake filling, then top with the remaining cake batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the cakes to cool completely before frosting.
