Description

These White Chicken Enchiladas are a delicious and easy comfort food perfect for family nights. Packed with flavor and creaminess, they will be a hit at your dinner table!


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup green enchilada sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, 1 cup of cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll them up tightly, and place them seam side down in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour the green enchilada sauce over the top of the rolled tortillas.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
