- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup green enchilada sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, 1 cup of cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture, roll them up tightly, and place them seam side down in a greased baking dish.
- Pour the green enchilada sauce over the top of the rolled tortillas.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add some diced jalapenos or red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
