- 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and half of the cheese.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and top with enchilada sauce and remaining cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
Notes
- For spicier enchiladas, add jalapeños to the filling.
- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
