Description

A delightful recipe for creamy and easy white chicken enchiladas.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, and half of the cheese.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in a baking dish and top with enchilada sauce and remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.

Notes

  • For spicier enchiladas, add jalapeños to the filling.
  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
