Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 cups cashews
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Chop the cabbage and steam until tender.
  3. Blend cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic, olive oil, paprika, turmeric, vegetable broth, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Combine steamed cabbage with the creamy sauce in a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden on top.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
