- 1 head cabbage
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
- 2 cups cashews
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Chop the cabbage and steam until tender.
- Blend cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic, olive oil, paprika, turmeric, vegetable broth, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Combine steamed cabbage with the creamy sauce in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden on top.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
