Description

Delicious and easy to prepare, this Ultimate BBQ Glazed Salmon recipe is paired perfectly with cheesy asparagus and roasted baby potatoes.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or parmesan)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a baking dish, toss the baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the salmon fillets to the dish, brush with BBQ sauce, and return to the oven for another 10-12 minutes.
  4. In the last 5 minutes, add asparagus and top with shredded cheese. Bake until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!
