- 8 ounces milk chocolate, melted

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream, heavy cream, melted dark chocolate, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until the edges are set and the center slightly jiggles.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Remove from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
