A delicious and refreshing Torta Gelada e Salgada de Frango, perfect for gatherings and as a light meal.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup green olives, chopped
- 2 packages of crackers (for the crust)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken, onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper, and olives into the mixture and stir until well combined.
- In a serving dish, layer the crackers at the bottom to form the crust.
- Spread half of the chicken mixture over the crackers.
- Add another layer of crackers followed by the remaining chicken mixture.
- Top with more crackers and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include herbs like parsley or dill.
- Serve with a side salad or fresh vegetables.
