Description

A delicious and refreshing Torta Gelada e Salgada de Frango, perfect for gatherings and as a light meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup green olives, chopped
  • 2 packages of crackers (for the crust)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and mustard until smooth.
  2. Add the shredded chicken, onion, bell pepper, salt, pepper, and olives into the mixture and stir until well combined.
  3. In a serving dish, layer the crackers at the bottom to form the crust.
  4. Spread half of the chicken mixture over the crackers.
  5. Add another layer of crackers followed by the remaining chicken mixture.
  6. Top with more crackers and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
