Ingredients

  • 1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 cup light ricotta cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes (with their juices) and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes.
