Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and prepare a bundt pan with grease and flour.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, shortening, and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Gradually alternate adding dry ingredients and milk, beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Stir in extracts.
- Pour batter into the pan and bake for 1 hour 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- For the glaze, combine sugar, water, and extracts in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Brush the warm glaze over the warm cake after poking holes for absorption. Cool before serving.
