Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 3 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crisp, then chop.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and bacon.
  5. Stuff each cooked shell with the cheese mixture.
  6. Spread half of the marinara sauce in a baking dish and arrange the stuffed shells on top.
  7. Pour remaining sauce over the shells and cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
