Ingredients

Instructions

  • Dice the pineapple, slice or dice the cucumber, and thinly slice the red onion.

  • In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple, cucumber, and red onion.

  • Pour the dressing over and toss gently.

  • Garnish with chopped cilantro. Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
