Ingredients

¼ cup cornstarch

2 pre-made pie crusts (or homemade)

Instructions

Toss peaches, rhubarb, sugars, cornstarch, spices, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla together carefully.

Line a pie dish with the first crust; trim and smooth.

Cover with the second crust or create a lattice. Seal and vent if necessary.
