- 2 slices turkey bacon
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle slices
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Start by cooking the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the cheddar cheese, dill pickle slices, and cooked turkey bacon.
- Add the second slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
- Cook in the skillet over medium heat until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
