Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion, diced

1/2 tsp dried thyme

1 small head cabbage, chopped

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup heavy cream or milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook ground beef and diced onion in olive oil until browned. Drain fat.

Add garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Cook 1 more minute.

Stir in chopped cabbage and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Mix soup, sour cream, and cream in a bowl. Pour over beef and cabbage.
