Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup whole milk

  • 3 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch cake pan or line with parchment.

  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
