2 cups all-purpose flour

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup whole milk

3 large eggs

1/2 cup granulated sugar

Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour an 8-inch cake pan or line with parchment.

In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla; mix well.

Gradually mix in dry ingredients, alternating with milk. Do not overmix.

Pour into prepared pan and bake 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool 10 minutes in pan, then transfer to wire rack.

Dust with powdered sugar or add your favorite toppings.
