This Tangy Dill Pickle & Cheddar Cheese Ball is the perfect snack for any gathering or party.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dill pickles, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- If using, fold in the chopped walnuts or pecans for added crunch.
- Shape the mixture into a ball or log, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in additional chopped nuts if desired.
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables for dipping.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the mixture.
