Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (optional)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dill pickles, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. If using, fold in the chopped walnuts or pecans for added crunch.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball or log, then wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
