- 1 packet taco seasoning

- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 cups Doritos, crushed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and black beans to the skillet, stir well, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos, then half of the meat mixture, followed by a layer of sour cream and cheese.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
