Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 cups Doritos, crushed
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, and black beans to the skillet, stir well, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the crushed Doritos, then half of the meat mixture, followed by a layer of sour cream and cheese.
  5. Repeat the layers, finishing with cheese on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
