Ingredients

  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ground beef
  • 1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes


Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add taco seasoning and a little water to the skillet, stirring to combine. Cook for a few minutes until the mixture is thickened.
  3. Lay the tortilla flat and layer with shredded cheddar cheese in the center.
  4. Add the seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, lettuce, and diced tomatoes on top of the cheese.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
  6. Toast the filled tortilla in a skillet for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Slice in half and serve warm.
