- 1 large flour tortilla
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ground beef
- 1/4 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add taco seasoning and a little water to the skillet, stirring to combine. Cook for a few minutes until the mixture is thickened.
- Lay the tortilla flat and layer with shredded cheddar cheese in the center.
- Add the seasoned beef, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, lettuce, and diced tomatoes on top of the cheese.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
- Toast the filled tortilla in a skillet for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
