- 2 cups desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- Optional: 1 cup finely chopped nuts, dried fruits, or candies
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and desiccated coconut. Fold in optional add-ins if desired.
- Cover the mixture and chill for 30-45 minutes.
- Scoop out portions and roll into 1-inch balls.
- Coat the balls with extra desiccated coconut.
- Chill again for 15-20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
