- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, and chopped turkey bacon.
- Form mixture into meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine pineapple chunks and barbecue sauce over medium heat until warmed.
- Once meatballs are cooked, add to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
