- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 1 cup Sweet Baby Ray’s barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and easily shredded.
- Shred the chicken and mix it in the sauce before serving.
