Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients (butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, sour cream) into the bananas until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet mixture and stir gently. Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 50–60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
