Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 bottle white wine (Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio)
  • 1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • 1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • 1/4 cup peach schnapps or triple sec (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes


Instructions

  1. Pour white wine, orange juice, and schnapps into a large pitcher. Stir gently.
  2. Add sliced orange, lemon, strawberries, and pineapple chunks. Combine gently.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for flavors to meld.
  4. Before serving, stir in club soda or sparkling water and ice cubes.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
