A refreshing and easy summer dish that combines spaghetti and turkey bacon with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In a large bowl, combine spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, basil, and turkey bacon.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour over the spaghetti mixture and toss to coat.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
