Description

A delightful summer pasta salad featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for light meals.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces rotini pasta
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing


Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, and chopped turkey bacon.
  4. Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
