- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, and chopped turkey bacon.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
