Ingredients

  • 12 large jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups marinara sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each cooked shell with the chicken and cheese mixture.
  5. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and stir in marinara sauce.
  6. Spread some sauce on the bottom of a baking dish, place the stuffed shells on top, and cover with remaining sauce.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, you can add Italian seasoning to the filling.
  • Serve with garlic bread and a side salad for a complete meal.
