- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine chicken, ricotta, parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Melt the butter and pour over the stuffed shells.
- Spread marinara sauce on top and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.

- For a vegetarian option, replace chicken with sautéed spinach and mushrooms.
