Ingredients

  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 pound cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 cups marinara sauce


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine chicken, ricotta, parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture and place in a baking dish.
  5. Melt the butter and pour over the stuffed shells.
  6. Spread marinara sauce on top and sprinkle with remaining mozzarella.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
