- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
- For Streusel Topping:
- 3 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoons butter, cold
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon powder
Instructions
- Mix cream cheese, 1.5 tablespoons sugar, and vanilla. Spread between two slices of bread.
- Whisk egg, milk, cream, 2 tablespoons sugar, and cinnamon. Pour over bread layers in a baking dish.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- For streusel, mix brown sugar, flour, pecans, butter, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over bread.
