Description

This stuffed chicken breast recipe combines juicy chicken with a delightful filling of spinach, cheese, and cranberries for a delicious and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, cranberries, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Let the chicken rest before slicing and serving.
