Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 15×10 inch jelly roll pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt together.
- In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until thick and pale. Add vanilla.
- Fold in the flour mixture gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the top is lightly golden.
- Once baked, turn it out onto a clean towel dusted with powdered sugar.
- Roll it up and allow to cool completely.
- Whip the cream and fold in sliced strawberries and powdered sugar.
- Unroll the cake, spread the filling, and then re-roll it.
- Chill before serving.
