Whether you serve it as a cocktail or a mocktail, this drink is packed with vibrant flavors and is incredibly easy to make.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 10–12 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup soda water (or sparkling water)
- Ice cubes
- Optional garnish: Strawberry slices, pineapple wedges, lime slices, mint sprigs
Instructions
- Muddle the fruit and mint: In a glass, combine strawberries, pineapple, mint leaves, lime juice, and honey. Use a muddler to gently crush the ingredients, releasing their juices.
- Add ice and soda water: Fill the glass with ice cubes, then pour in soda water and stir gently.
- Garnish and serve: Add strawberry slices, pineapple wedges, and a mint sprig. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon.
Notes
- For a mocktail version, skip the rum and add more pineapple juice or lemon-lime soda.
- Frozen strawberries can be used instead of ice cubes to keep the drink cold without diluting it.
- Chill your glasses before serving for an extra refreshing experience.
