- 1 cup strawberries or cherries, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 1 package refrigerated pie crusts

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add chopped strawberries or cherries to the mixture and combine.
- Roll out pie crusts and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of the cheesecake mixture on one half of each circle.
- Fold over and seal the edges using a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
