- 1 package pie crusts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the chopped strawberries or cherries to the mixture and stir gently.
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of the filling on half of each circle.
- Fold the dough over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
