  • 1 cup strawberries or cherries, pitted and chopped

  • 1 package pie crusts
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (for sprinkling)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped strawberries or cherries to the mixture and stir gently.
  4. Roll out the pie crusts and cut into circles.
