Description

This Strawberry Lasagna is a delightful no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy filling, fresh strawberries, and delicious graham crackers.


Ingredients

  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup strawberry jam


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract.
  3. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add a layer of sliced strawberries, then half of the strawberry jam.
  6. Repeat the layers, ending with graham crackers on top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
