- 1 package graham crackers
- 2 cups strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup strawberry jam
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream and vanilla extract.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries, then half of the strawberry jam.
- Repeat the layers, ending with graham crackers on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
