A deliciously decadent dessert combining strawberry flavors with a rich cake.
Ingredients

- 1 package strawberry cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the strawberry cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped strawberries.
- Pour the batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped nuts on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, use fresh strawberries instead of frozen.
- Serve with whipped cream for added indulgence.
