  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water


Instructions

  1. Prepare the pie crust according to package or recipe instructions and let it cool.
  2. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and water, stir until smooth. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
  3. Once thickened, mix in half of the sliced strawberries and mash them slightly. Remove from heat and let it cool.
